Albaryn Advisory is an independent Management Advisory firm, headquartered in the UAE, with a primary focus on pre-deal M&A advisory services for investors and businesses. We deliver tailored, high-impact advisory services with expertise in preparation, execution, and value creation. 

 

Albaryn Advisory was founded by a former Big-4 deals advisor, fully qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and over a decade of experience in professional services, advising on a significant number of M&A transactions across Europe and the Middle East ranging from $10m to $2bn in size. Our background spans top-tier advisory firms, working alongside founders, investors, and management teams in both high-growth and mature sectors including consumer, business services, technology, education, manufacturing and healthcare.
